Payment and Shipping Information
Detailed instructions for placing orders, method of payment accepted, order processing - shipping turn around, and returning orders for exchange, if needed.
How to Place an Order:
Online Shopping Cart.
Use the online shopping cart for purchasing from head coverings listed or email me a to discuss details of custom order requests after which I will return an invoice for remitting payment online.
Mail in Payment.
Or, if you prefer you are welcomed to mail in your order with payment.

You will receive a return email with availability confirmation, totals and mailing payment instructions.
All International customers will need to contact me first to receive quote of shipping costs for their order.
Add to Cart Button:
Add to cart button places each item selected in the shopping cart and usually means that particular covering is available. Please contact me to make certain a particular item is in stock due to items selling out quickly - sometimes too quickly for me to keep up with, B"H. This is especially true during holiday high volume purchase periods.
Check Out button in the shopping cart window will take you to Paypal to complete the purchase of your order.
The shopping cart window may take a few seconds to pop up when "add to cart" or "view cart" is clicked. Please allow for this as you make your selections.
You can click on "view cart" in the top menu of all pages to view each item placed in the shopping cart that you have selected for purchase.
Recently there was an issue with the shopping cart that when a customer added items to the shopping cart at an earlier time, then came back to the site and added something new to the cart, the item would not go into the cart and there was an error message - "Shopping Cart uploads can only contain one character set. For more information, please contact the merchant." If you receive this error message, please remove the old items from the cart and start from scratch. The shopping cart should then work fine.
Online Payment Methods Accepted:
PayPal is an easy-to-use application that allows you to securely send money using your credit card or bank account to any email user. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe and secure. It is not required to have a PayPal account!

Mail in Payment Methods Accepted:
Money Order or Personal Check.
Postal Money Orders payable in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank and Western Union Money Transfers.
Orders paid with checks are held until clearance.
- Include with payment a note listing items requesting for purchase, i.e. item numbers, sizes needed and color preferences where applicable.
- Please include on the note (and with all written or emailed correspondence) a preferred shipping address along with your email address in case I need to contact you.
- Due to items selling out quickly and to ensure items are in stock when mail in order is received, please email me when payment has been sent so that I can put a hold on the materials for your order.
- Please note that if not contacted prior to mailing in an order request and an item sells out in between the mailing of the request and receipt of the request, I will substitute with similar as possible. This is always of equal or higher quality and never of less quality.
- You will receive an email when order request/payment has been received and information of shipping turn around for your order. If you do not receive this email when you estimate that I should have received your payment, please contact me.
You are welcomed to email me at any time concerning the status of your order. When doing so please take into consideration that I receive several orders and will not remember your specific order until it is time to process it, so please include item number(s) of item(s) purchased, your name and email address used during purchasing of items.
Order Processing & Shipment
Due to most items listed are not pre-made, normal processing and shipping time can run 14 to 21 business days from receipt of payment unless a backlog has occurred due to illness or weather related interruptions, therefore shipping can run slightly past this time frame.
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact me with date and I will check to see if order can be processed and shipped out to arrive in time for needed date. If not possible, I will contact you with alternate Express shipping method that may be available, fee will apply.
Once your order is ready to mail out you will receive a shipping notice with shipping date and tracking number.
Shipping Information
All domestic orders are shipped via Priority Mail which has an estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days after shipment.
International shipping charges vary from country to country according to size & weight and are usually shipped via 1st Class Mail International. Priority Mail & Express International Mail shipping are also available upon request for an extra fee. Contact for shipping cost to your area.
Domestic Shipping Charges are based upon order total - see chart below:
Returning Merchandise
It is my goal is to provide complete customer satisfaction in providing you with a unique head covering through quick and simple online shopping.
Should there arise a reason for requesting a return, I do accept return of merchandise for exchange only and according to the following stipulations:
Shipping costs to return items and receive exchanges back are the responsibility of the customer and must be included with returns.
Please contact for quote of amount of return of exchanges shipping to include.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests within 24 hours after initial purchase are fully refunded.
24 hours after purchase orders are in the processing stage (cut out, sewn, then finishing touches added prior to shipment) - cancellation is not accepted after this period.
