Payment & Shipping Information
NOTE: There has been an issue with the shopping cart in the store for the few day. If you had items in your shopping cart added earlier, then added something this week, the item would not go into the cart and there was an error message - "Shopping Cart uploads can only contain one character set. For more information, please contact the merchant" remove the old items from the cart and start from scratch, it should work fine.

How to Order and Method of Payment Accepted:
There are two methods of ordering you can choose from
1) For your convenience the online shipping cart can be utilized for the coverings that are available.
2) Or, if you prefer you can email me the item number(s) of the covering(s) of your choice, along with your zip code for shipping calculations. I will return an invoice with totals, including shipping and handling costs & instructions for payment - either through Paypal (online method) or for payment through the US Postal Service, whichever is your preference.
ADD TO CART ITEMS -
Means that particular covering is available and can be purchased without contacting me first to check for availability (this may not be applicable during periods of high volume orders). Check Out will take you to Paypal to complete the purchase of your order.
Note: The shopping cart window may take a few seconds to pop up when "add to cart" or "view cart" is clicked on, please allow for this as you make your selections.

Online Payment Methods Accepted:
PayPal is an easy-to-use application that allows you to securely send money using your credit card or bank account to any email user. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe and secure. It is not required to have a PayPal account!
Mail in Payment Methods Accepted:
Money order and personal checks.
Postal Money Orders payable in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank and Western Union Money Transfers are accepted for International orders.
Orders paid with checks are held until clearance. If paying by Money Order or Check, please email for my mailing address.
Note concerning mail-in payments:
Due to the limited quantity of materials and high volume of orders that I receive daily, I hold materials for orders paid by Money Order and Checks for 7 days only. Payment must be mailed out within 24 hours of ordering to reach me within this time frame.
Substitutions:
I reserve the right to substitute with alike or similar materials when needed. Substitutions are always of same quality or of higher quality. If you prefer no substitution please indicate so in note area of shopping cart invoice when remitting payment.
Shipping:
All domestic orders are mailed via Priority Mail, estimated delivery time is approx. 2-3 business days after shipment.
International Orders charges vary from country to country according to size & weight and are usually sent 1st Class Mail International. Priority Mail International is available upon request for an extra fee. Contact for shipping cost.
Processing of Order and Shipment:
Due to most items listed are not pre-made, normal order processing and shipping time is approx. 21 business days from receipt of payment. Please note that I sometimes get backlogged with orders or illness may cause an interruption, therefore shipping can run slightly past this time frame.
Once your order is ready to mail out you will receive a shipping notice with exact date the order is shipping & tracking number.

Rush Requests
, if possible, I will pull forward the order and get it out to arrive in time for the date needed by. If the time frame is too short for me to meet the date needed by with the normal shipping method of Priority Mail (2-3 business days for delivery after shipment), the purchase of Express Mail is an option that may be available to expedite the delivery of your order. Please contact me for Express Mail price quote for your area. Return Policy:
It is my goal is to provide complete customer satisfaction in providing you with a unique covering through quick and simple online shopping. Should there arise a reason for requesting a return for exchange only, all claims must be made within 7 days from receipt of order. You must email me to receive a return authorization. Shipping costs to return items and receive exchanges back are the responsibility of the customer.
Return for exchanges are accepted for the following reasons:

If there is a defect in workmanship

If the product is still in its original new condition

Request for return is made within 5 days from delivery date
Cancelled Orders:
- Orders that are cancelled within 24 hours after placement are fully refunded. Orders that are cancelled after 24 hours of purchase is in processing status and will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee. After this time period cancellation is not accepted.
