If delivery is needed by a specific date, please include with your payment the date delivery is needed by. If possible, I will process and ship your order out to arrive before needed date. If delivery without Express shipping is not possible, I will contact you with Express Mail shipping price quote - IF the order can be processed in time to be mailed out with Express Mail shipping shipment.

Mail-in Payment Instructions:
- Include with payment a note listing items you are purchasing, i.e. item number, size and color preferences where applicable.
- Please include in the note (and with all written or emailed correspondence) current or preferred shipping address along with your email address in case I need to contact you.
- Due to items selling out quickly and to ensure items are in stock when payment for your order is received, please email me when payment has been sent so I can put a hold on the materials for your order.
- Please note that if you do not contact me prior to sending payment for an order and that item or items become out of stock prior to receipt of payment, I will substitute with similar as possible. Substitution is always of equal or higher quality and never of less quality. If you prefer no substitutions please include a note declining substitution with payment and I will contact you if an item happens to be sold out when payment arrives.
- When ordering by postal mail, is advisable to contact me for availability. On all correspondence please include item number(s) and zip code for shipping calculation. I will reply with availability, totals and mail-in payment instructions.
